With over 10 years in the Residential Energy field Heidi is an experienced Residential Energy Consultant and Home Energy Rater. Working with utility programs on both coasts and offering technical support and training to HERS raters across the country provided a depth of understanding of programs standards and building practices far beyond the basics of Home Energy Rating.
Building science and high-performance homes are a focus in Heidi's work,and she is proficient with diagnostic tools needed to test the building envelope and residential HVAC systems. She has worked at the program level with utility programs on both coasts and done field work in every corner of the US.
